PICK UP POLICY
All pick up locations are listed at checkout. There are 2 locations to select from. Once you have selected your pick up location and checked out, you will be contacted by the end of the day or the next business day with pick up dates and times available. All orders are asked to be placed online first, for now we do not have a storefront. Pick up times provided are usually between 11:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday to Friday. Pick up is only available after 3:00 pm during the week and on Saturdays before 2:00 pm from the Milton pick up location (please text to arrange pick up and check that we are available).
Orders that require same day pick up are asked to be placed 5 hours in advance. There is no pick up after 8:00 pm Monday to Thursday and we do not meet on Sundays. In some circumstances we may not be able to provide same day pick up because we have already met all the customers for the day or are unavailable. We will try our best but, if you have an emergency please text first to ask, if we cannot meet we may provide an alternate meeting location. Please try to compromise if we are unable to meet on short notice.

For orders that require pick up if you have not been contacted, please text your name and order number to (437) 994-4463 to arrange pick up. You will receive a response back letting you know when your order will be available. All orders are available either the same day for pick up or within 1-2 business days.
All orders being shipped are processed the same or next business day and sent by courier. $15 Domestic (1-2 business day and flat rate) shipping is provided by Canada Post. International shipping to the United States is provided by Canada Post or DHL. You will receive a tracking number by email. We do reserve the right to request order verification for all orders before releasing to customers or a signature upon delivery.
Some orders require a signature upon delivery and all orders are sent with a tracking number.
Orders placed in the GTA and surrounding areas are received fast within 1-2 business days.
- Orders are processed the same business day or by the next day at 3:00 pm to ensure fast delivery.
Qu Bee Lashes is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you experience anything of the sort, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to resolve the issue. However, we will not provide a replacement for a lost package by Canada Post or any other courier and are not liable or held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once the package has left our warehouse and is in the couriers possession. It is the couriers responsibility to reimburse for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING POLICY
Next day shipping is available for a fee of $20.00. Orders for next day shipping are required to be placed by 2:00 pm the day before. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend for next day delivery will not be processed until Monday, you will receive your order on Tuesday. You will receive a tracking number by email for your order.
We only provide and can guarantee next day delivery for the following regions GTA, York, Peel and Halton Region. If you select next day delivery and are located elsewhere there is a 50/50 chance your order will be delivered the next business day - we can not guarantee delivery for regions further than the regions specified.
