RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you have received defective merchandise or an incorrect order and would like to exchange within 5 days of receiving your order, please send an email with pictures of your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly provide a replacement for your order. Exchange requests submitted after 5 days are not guaranteed. Qu Bee Lashes reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization.
Please note due to health reasons and the nature of the product, Qu Bee Lashes cannot accept exchanges on any opened products or products that appear to be used or lash trays (all types).
For an exchange please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order, items purchased need to be returned to us and exchanged within 5 days after contacting us. All customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges. Qu Bee Lashes will not pay shipping costs or pickup items, it is the customers responsibility to pay shipping for an exchanged order.
Qu Bee Lashes does not provide refunds and all orders placed are able to be exchanged only within 5 days after receipt for a replacement product or store credit. We reserve the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products.
